Seems like #1307 is also disturbing Jirong. He has declared peace with me since my previous few retaliations. If you wanna wipe him out it's quite simple and it won't cost much. Launch missiles. I have 1 nuclear and 2 cruise, and do artillery barrage. Since JR is still so tank heavy and #1307 doesn't have much tanks. I think we can kill him easily in 1 day. If you wanna do it I'll redeclare war tonight. But we must do it together so he can't recover. I actually quite gian to try out these war tactics haha.
